Go Tonight

"If we're gonna go, we gotta go tonight". The song keeps repeating on my ears. A song about a girl mourning her friend's death. 

Well, I have different takes on it. Of course, I'm going to make everything about myself. Lol. 

Today wasn't a very good day. I'm feeling shitty, and this song somehow gives me comfort. I like to imagine singing this to another me. 

It usually differs how I visualize it, but the message stays the same, "Go tonight." Some days it mean running away from here, go to different places. Live the life I'm dreaming of, taking the risks. Other days it means go from this world, leave everything behind. 

For tonight, I'm imagining my other self seeing me, mu trapped self. And telling me to go. Just go tonight.
